“There are two equal and opposite errors into which our race can fall about the devils. One is to disbelieve in their existence. The other is to believe, and to feel and an excessive and unhealthy interest in them. They themselves are equally pleased by both errors and hail a materialist or a magician with the same delight.” The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis
In Scripture we see that spiritual warfare is real, but as stated above we should never have an unhealthy interest in the enemy. Instead, we must fix “our thoughts” (Hebrews 3: 1) and “our eyes” (Hebrews 12: 2) on Jesus. Through our week of prayer, we’ll study Scripture to learn how we should approach this subject and how to pray and act so that God is exalted and glorified in and among us. Please prayerfully read and think through the subject matter for each day. We’ll end with praise and worship on Friday,
We’ll sing song 114 as the theme song for the week: “For this purpose Christ was revealed” Please familiarize yourself with it. Thank you & God Bless, Kumar.
